Registration Fees: (INR): Indian National Rupees & (USD): United States Dollar

• International Workshops on First Come First Serve Basis Only.
• Registration is compulsory to participate in competitions. Fees are not refundable.
• There is no conflict between Workshop & Competition Timings
• Competitors can register for workshops.
• Registration Includes Three days of Conference (8th, 9th & 10th Oct 2010) and Meals.
• Medical Students, Residents, Faculty needs Proof of their category Like Dean’s letter or ID card to avail their respective Category Rates.
• Delegates should Mail the Forms, Fees (DD In favor of INDUS-EM 2010 Payable at Vadodara) to Summit Headquarters.
• Nominated Councilors attending the ACET 2010 Annual Assembly need to mail Form, Fees, and Needed Documents to Summit Headquarters with same DD Info as above.
• Renominated Councilors Need to Mail the Form, Fees and Dean’s Continuance Letter to the Summit Headquarters.
• Vadodara Pre-Conference is preferentially for Faculty & Residents from Medical Colleges in Mangalore. All interested should contact summit headquarters directly.
• In case of workshops being cancelled or changed the Delegate will have a choice to choose from the new workshops.
