1. Provide educational exchange via EM-TECH formulated approved and accredited workshops, symposia and training courses on science and skills in EM and Trauma.
2. Further develop the existing Information technology based distance learning program between AIIMS and USF to universities across India.
3. Promote Standardize protocols for Emergency Care and Academic Development at partner Medical colleges.
4. Doctor, Proctor and Facilitate the EM and Trauma Faculty development program.
5. Chalk, manage and formulate the academic plan for the annual Summit and the year round workshops in India.
6. Provide opportunity for lifelong learning and continuing medical education to physicians providing emergent care.
7. Create an Academic Learning Platform which is owned by academicians for academies.
8. Foster leadership and discover leaders in Emergency & Trauma Education.
9. Provide opportunity to exchange knowledge between US and India faculty.
10.  Develop faculty and institutional research expertise in bench side, bedside, administrative and community science in Emergency and Trauma.
11.  Expand the knowledge base of Emergency and Trauma amongst academicians in India
